We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Purchasing & Production Coordinator to join our promotional team.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, orders, shipping, and delays.

Place, track, and maintain purchase orders and supplier records.

Receive and verify garments, hats, and accessories for quantity, size, color, and condition.

Prepare and organize materials for embroidery and heat press production.

Coordinate with production staff and sales to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Track production progress and resolve missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

Maintain organized work areas and perform basic quality checks.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, order coordination, production, retail, or customer service is an asset.





Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory/order systems.

Apparel, embroidery, heat press, or printing experience is an asset but not required.
