About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Clerk to join their team in Kimberley . This role is integral to supporting the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring the accurate processing of documentation and effective coordination of shipments. You will assist with various administrative tasks, maintain records, and communicate with internal teams and external partners. This position offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility and the prospect to develop valuable skills within the supply chain sector while working in Kimberley .

Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading and delivery orders.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment details.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and inquiries.
Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly.




Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for logistical information.
Support the logistics team with general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role is advantageous.
Basic understanding of logistics principles and shipping procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule in Kimberley .
