This full-time role involves practical responsibilities in horse care and facility maintenance at QMS. Your experience with horse handling will help maintain the well-being of our equine residents and assist in Rider Development programs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily care: feeding, watering, and stall cleaning • Handle horses safely between various areas and program sites • Groom, blanket,



and prepare horses for riding • Monitor horses for health issues and assist with medications • Maintain equestrian facilities with repairs and upkeep

Requirements: • Experience in a busy equine setting preferred • Strong horse-handling skills and safety knowledge • Familiarity with equine health and nutrition • Valid BC Driver’s Licence and legal work entitlement • Physical ability for manual tasks throughout the day
