IPG in Ontario is seeking an XPak Operator to join the Production team. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on secure startup and operation of the XPack machine, quality checks, and routine maintenance support. You will follow 5S practices and cooperate with plant staff to meet customer standards.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, English communication skills, basic math, familiarity with AS400/Word/Excel, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. PPE is required on site.
