This hands-on role directly reports to the Controller and covers core functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger support. You'll execute full AP processing, oversee international shipping documentation, and assist with monthly financial reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:



• Execute full-cycle accounts payable processing • Manage import documentation for international shipments • Process multi-line customer invoicing in Excel • Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations • Collaborate with sales and shipping teams on discrepancies

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years in Accounts Payable and Receivable • Experience with 3-way PO matching and GL entries • Intermediate Excel and ERP systems proficiency • Solid communication skills for vendor interaction
