In this dual-credential role at the Non-Invasive Cardiology Laboratory, you will apply your diagnostic skills in pediatric care. You’ll work part time with 7 shifts of 8 hours over 3 weeks, playing an essential role in providing high-quality imaging services. This position emphasizes independent work and effective communication within a healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ultrasound techniques for pediatric cardiology patients
• Aid in the detection and diagnosis of health conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation of ultrasound findings
• Collaborate closely with medical staff for optimal patient care
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography necessary
• Current certification as a Canadian Registered Generalist Sonographer
• Registration with College Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to function independently in a clinical setting
