Healthpeak Properties, Inc. seeks a Vice President – Transactions Counsel to advise on all legal aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures across senior housing, medical office and life science properties.
You will lead negotiations, coordinate with outside counsel, and manage due diligence and closings. The role requires a JD from an ABA-approved school and bar admission in valuable standing (California preferred).
