Job description

The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with strong research, drafting, writing skills, and advocacy. The candidate must have a comprehensive grasp of the current legislation around divorce, family law, and child protection matters.
Ability to handle a high volume of work.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, and DivorceMate.
Solid work ethic, file management, and advocacy skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt communication style, as necessary,



when communicating with clients and other team members.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple files. Accordingly, strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid work ethic, intelligence, integrity, and mindfulness.
Must be resourceful and possess a qualified attitude.

Expected start date: ASAP

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Commission Based: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification: Member of the Law Society of Ontario, in good standing. (required)
