:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of products and project milestones of varying size and complexity. This role plays a key part in the project lifecycle and will work closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and external partners. The position reports directly to senior operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary customer contact following the sales handoff.

- Communicate with customers at all key project milestones to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Coordinate closely with manufacturers and ensure accountability for project deliverables.

- Support and resolve critical issues that arise during the installation phase in collaboration with the customer and sales team.

- Coordinate subcontractor start-up activities and onsite service work.

- Manage freight logisticsincluding costs, delivery timelines, and site requirements.

- Oversee warranty files,



including assessment, documentation, and negotiation.

- Develop solid product knowledge across all solutions provided by the company.

Experience & Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Advanced computer proficiency.

- Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.

- Experience in logistics coordination required.

- Knowledge of HVAC or related technical industries is an asset (but not mandatory).
