Our client, a manufacturer of advanced MBR membrane water treatment systems, is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be accountable for assisting Project Leads in organizing ongoing projects and providing consolidated assessments and reports. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, assembling project documentation and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

The Project

Coordinator is a support role for the project delivery team performing critical, and intelligent data collection and processing.

- Technical College degree (CET) or 5 years’ experience of related work

- Ability to maintain Budgets; Bills of material; Schedules.

- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent MS Excel skills and advanced features i.e. Links, conditional formatting, lookup, and filters.

- Experience developing filing systems and document control procedures.



Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Sharepoint or a similar intranet.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to organize and assemble documentation for clients including manuals, drawings, and technical sheets.

- Working with the logistics teams, coordinates all project shipments and receipts. Includes preparing packaging: BOM's, addresses, required dates, special conditions, confirming receipts, addressing damaged receipts.

- Ability to assemble documentation in digital formats using Adobe.

- Ability to work on tight deadlines.

- Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Desired

- Experience with automating spreadsheets and databases using visual basic, java python, or other 3G platform desirable.

- Experience with database applications desirable.

- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics.

- Competency in Microsoft Schedule or similar product desirable.

- Ability to check and review drawings for consistency including P&ID;'s, PFD's; General Arrangements; Electrical schematics desirable.
