You will work hands-on with those at risk of homelessness, facilitating connections to housing resources while addressing multiple barriers that hinder stability. Collaborating closely with local agencies, you will play a vital role in the community's response to homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:



• Connect with vulnerable individuals in community settings • Assist clients in understanding housing and related systems • Engage with shelters and supportive housing services • Coordinate the HEART response team for rapid support • Actively work to minimize and resolve encampments

Requirements: • High school diploma and additional training in relevant fields • Proven experience with homelessness and crisis management • Valid Class 5 BC driver's license and vehicle access • Completion of Tier 4 Criminal Record Check prior to hiring • Eligibility to work legally in Canada
