Our Canadian customer service team understands the unique needs of Canadian businesses and delivers tailored solutions with a local touch. Imperial Brady Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Saint-Laurent. The purpose of this position is to perform cash applications functions to support the organization. This individual will be responsible for applying lockbox, ACH electronic payments and credit card receipts to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Researching and identifying deductions, overpayments and duplicate customer payments through system research, internal and external customer contact, will also be a main part of this role.
