Calgary John Howard Society is seeking a Relief Support Worker for Berkana House, a CRF for women on conditional release. The role focuses on resident safety, trauma-informed care, and supporting positive reintegration through conversations, role modeling, and activity engagement.

Candidates should have post-secondary education or relevant experience, robust boundaries, excellent communication, and crisis intervention skills, including overnight shift availability and a current criminal record
