Key Responsibilities:



• Perform Bluebeam Revu markups for scope requirements • Review construction documents to establish material costs • Collaborate with production teams on pricing and updates • Manage communication with clients regarding project details • Create and update job records in relevant systems

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years' data entry experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software • Strong attention to detail and organization • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
