Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills, independence, and self-confidence. Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and ensure curriculum consistency. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other relevant documentation. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs.



Adhere to all safety regulations and licensing requirements related to early childhood education.
