You will report to the Manager of Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy, providing care and treatment to critically ill adults and occasionally children. Your responsibilities include health promotion and assessment, utilizing critical thinking and robust communication skills. Applicants should have a Critical Care Certificate, Ontario College of Nurses registration, and three years of recent experience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and treat critically ill patients with evidence-based practices • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support families • Respond effectively in emergency situations • Participate in unit-specific projects and meetings • Advocate for a patient safety culture in the department

Requirements: • Ontario College of Nurses registration required • Minimum three years of Critical Care experience • Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification • Commitment to continuous professional development • Recent satisfactory performance and attendance records
