The role:
Deal management from application through funding
Client and referral partner communication
Team leadership responsibilities as we scale
Remote or hybrid
What we're looking for:
3+ years underwriting experience across A, B, and private lending
Overall management experience is a real asset
Compensation:
Starting at $100,000 with robust upside based on experience and production
