Key Responsibilities:



• Lead blasting assessment projects from initiation to completion • Develop and optimize drill patterns and charge sizing • Conduct geotechnical assessments for blasting strategies • Implement and report on vibration and air monitoring • Prepare technical documentation including reports and specifications

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Mining, or Civil Engineering • Active Skilled Engineers Ontario membership • Proven blasting experience in diverse environments • Strong analytical skills and technical report preparation • Valid driver’s license for travel to project sites
