As a Lift Operator, you’ll be an integral part of WinSport's Lift Operations, ensuring that all guests have a protected and fun experience while using our lifts. This role involves proactive guest engagement, safety education, and operational lift maintenance. Both full-time and part time options are available, with shifts requiring flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent safety and enjoyment for guests
• Assist guests with loading and riding lifts
• Engage visitors to enhance their experience
• Monitor RFID systems for ticket compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of lifts
Requirements:
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Adaptable availability for weekend shifts
• Previous experience is advantageous
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather
