Jr. Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
Welcome and greet visitors, manage check-ins, and issue visitor badges/name tags
Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Support general office upkeep and coordination
Arrange and coordinate catering for meetings and events
Process expense reports and assist with administrative documentation
Provide travel booking and travel support for employees




Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to enhance office efficiency

Qualifications
1 to 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized with solid attention to detail
Positive, qualified, and team-oriented attitude
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and looks for ways to add value
