- Prepare and update engineering drawings, site plans and utility layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Assist with grading plans, alignments, profiles, cross-sections and detail drawings
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete and compliant with project standards
- Organize and manage digital drawing files and documentation
- Compile and update utility information from design teams, consultants and utility providers
- Document and track coordination with utility companies and municipal partners
- Maintain accurate utility data and coordination records
- Provide logistical support for project meetings, workshops and field activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Support general administrative tasks and ongoing process improvements

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or another relevant discipline
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
