Contribute to community health at Southern Health-Santé Sud as a Housekeeping Aide at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach. Perform essential cleaning to maintain safety and hygiene in all facility areas.
This temporary position requires performing general cleaning tasks consistently across the unit. Candidates should ideally have previous experience in commercial housekeeping, and must exhibit good communication skills in English. Flexibility to work various shifts is necessary, as is a commitment to the organization’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough cleaning of assigned areas
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety instructions
• Work with management on task prioritization




• Develop positive working relationships with staff and residents
• Adapt cleaning techniques to meet facility needs
Requirements:
• Previous experience in industrial or commercial housekeeping
• Education level of at least Grade 10 preferred
• Solid verbal and written English skills needed
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Proven ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
