As an Assessor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs. Key Responsibilities:



• Screen and assess mental health service requests promptly • Coordinate services and referrals based on client needs • Facilitate crisis response for clients awaiting service • Collaborate with program teams on complex case assessments • Maintain comprehensive records and confidentiality of client data

Requirements: • Degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or related field • Experience working with mental health and addictions clients • Valid Class 5 driver’s license • Registered with Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
