Chez Lionel Kanata is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our brigade. You’ll work in a structured, professional kitchen inspired by modern French cuisine , where quality, consistency and teamwork come first.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Starting at $20/hour + tips;
- Full time position, 35–40 hours/week;
- Consistent evening hours, typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.;

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Take ownership of your station and mise en place;
- Prepare, cook and plate dishes to Chez Lionel standards;




- Keep up with the pace during busy services;
- Maintain a clean, organized and effective station;
- Work closely with the brigade to deliver consistent quality.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience;
- Fast, organized and reliable;
- Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen;
- Strong team player with a positive attitude;
- Available for evening shifts Monday through Sunday.
