This will be a term to cover a leave until November 13, 2027.The Wahkohtowin Program Intensive Case Manager is responsible for a case load of 12 complex clients who live on-site, who often have co-occurring substance use disorders, and/or mental health disorders, and who have a history of homelessness or difficulty maintaining housing. You will work with a team that includes two ICMs, as well as a team of nurses, support workers,
and guest relations staff to provide services.ICMs provide help with physical and mental health appointments, maintaining housing, social/rec programming, financial management, and other services as required by the client. The ideal candidate will have good crisis-management skills and a robust working knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed, and person-centered philosophies. They will also have good teamwork and leadership skills.You must have a Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license and current First Aid/CPR certificate. You do not need to be a Registered Social Worker or Registered Occupational Therapist to apply but you need the ability to become registered should you be offered a position.
