Prepare visa and work permit applications for Canada and the U.S.
Draft translations and affidavits for legal documentation




Respond to governmental inspections through official correspondence
Assist with the management of immigration databases
Conduct legal research on immigration and labor lawsRequirements:
Law degree from a Canadian or American university
Minimum of five years’ experience in immigration law
Bilingual in French and English, both written and oral
Solid document management and IT skills
