Must-Haves:

- Minimum 5 years RN experience

- CNO registered, in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing — RN diploma or BScN
- Based in Northern Ontario,



or genuinely committed to in-person work in Northern Ontario for assignments
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Current BLS / BCLS certification
- Available for in-person assignments — this is not work from home

Preferred:

- Experience with Indigenous community health or First Nations health services

- Familiar with remote or community nursing in Northern Ontario
- Northern Ontario corrections or institutional experience
- Bilingual English/French — asset in some Northern Ontario communities
- NOSM (Northern Ontario School of Nursing) graduate or training
