Role Description The Registered Pharmacist Expert Academic Reviewer will support the quality and accuracy of StudyRadar Canada’s pharmacy-related educational content and exam preparation materials. This part-time, remote role involves reviewing, validating, and updating question banks, case simulators, and learning modules to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with current guidelines, and relevance to healthcare licensing examinations. The reviewer will collaborate with the academic and product teams to provide expert input on curriculum design, question difficulty, and rationales, and may help develop new items and case scenarios based on contemporary practice standards.

Day-to-day tasks include performing structured content reviews, documenting recommendations,



participating in virtual meetings, and providing feedback on AI-powered educational tools to enhance reliability, learner engagement, and educational impact.

Qualifications

- Current registration and good standing as a licensed pharmacist in Canada, with demonstrated clinical practice experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, therapeutics, and clinical guidelines relevant to board exams such as PEBC and related assessments.
- Experience with academic or exam-related work, including question writing, item reviewing, curriculum development, or peer-reviewed educational content. Canadian Pharmacy Residency experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in evaluating clinical cases, checking for accuracy, clarity, and educational value, and providing constructive, evidence-based feedback.
- Comfort working with digital platforms and AI-supported tools, including the ability to learn new systems and contribute to iterative content improvements.
- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to apply consistent standards for language, style, and scientific rigor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time workload, and meet agreed timelines and review deadlines.
- Experience in teaching, precepting, or mentoring pharmacy students or recent graduates is an asset.
- Familiarity with exam blueprints, competency frameworks, or regulatory expectations for healthcare professional licensing exams is beneficial.
