Key Responsibilities: • Drive high volume recruitment efforts across client sites • Post job positions and monitor candidates • Review and pre-screen resumes thoroughly • Facilitate interviews and assist in decision making • Source candidates via platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn

Requirements: • 2 years in recruitment, especially in high volume settings • Experienced with diverse sourcing techniques • Proficient using SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel • Knowledge of ICIMs is advantageous • Full cycle recruitment expertise required
