MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 1. 10+ years of Business Analysis experience working on complex projects, preferably in financial services, risk management, or regulatory.
- 2. Experience operating under multiple project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile)
- 3. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
- 4. Process improvement experience with an understanding of workflow analysis and design.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

- 1. Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- 2. Experience as a Lead BA to help mentor/support other BAs on team (FYI they will not be managing them in this role)
