Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers through various channels
• Document call activities in the Collections system accurately
• Assess accounts and refer for further action as needed




• Achieve personal collection targets to support departmental goals
• Handle additional collection responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in auto financing collections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Experience with skip tracing and credit bureaus
• Preferred bilingual in French
