Contribute to the well-being of children at WoodGreen as a Food Service & Program Support staff member. This casual, onsite role combines food service and childcare duties in a supportive setting.
In this multifaceted position, you will ensure that all food safety protocols are followed while supervising children and performing housekeeping tasks. Your responsibility for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness within both childcare and kitchen settings is crucial for operational success. This role requires someone with initiative who can work collaboratively with others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure children's safety and supervise them during activities
• Perform regular cleaning of food and play areas
• Assist in preparing and serving meals/snacks
• Document food safety and cleaning records meticulously
• Aid in laundry and dishwashing as scheduled
Requirements:
• High School education or equivalent required
• Valid Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification needed
• Must hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Experience in childcare settings preferred
• Current immunization records are a must
