• Work across multiple LTCHs in the assigned region
Requirements:
• Current unrestricted RPN registration in Ontario
• RPN Diploma with medication certificate or full practice
• Minimum one year experience with older adults
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Satisfactory criminal record screening
