List of Duties

What You'll Do:
There's plenty of variety in this role, but at its heart, it's all about sales and service:
Deliver genuine, one-on-one styling and wardrobe support to customers
Build robust customer relationships through attentive, engaging service
Actively contribute to individual and store sales goals
Take pride in creating positive, memorable shopping experiences





Store Operations:
Process sales through our POS system accurately and confidently
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Support merchandising standards to keep the store visually inspiring
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

Team & Culture:
Work collaboratively with your team to support daily store success
Uphold Suzanne's values and contribute to a positive, respectful work setting
Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and style
