with a focus on the Guidewire suite of Applications.You will focus on understanding and addressing business needs by translating business needs into efficient system and process solutions You will drive User Acceptance Testing efforts for enhancements and changes, ensuring fixes are validated pre and post deployment. Your role bridges production support and testing to ensure operational stability, timely delivery and continuous improvement. You will drive system and process changes, managing your deliverable against set timelines for successful project and maintenance release deployments.Act at the key liaison for production incident intake, business impact assessment, and root cause analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document issues, propose fixes and workarounds to remediate and track resolution through to deploymentPartner with IT to analyze requirements to determine system potential, down and upstream system impact, and the relative impact to business.Facilitate review and sign-off of requirement artifacts, working with IT and other teams to validate feasibility and alignmentInspire stakeholders in the art of the possible and utilize best practices to influence optimal solution designEnsure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriatelyDevelop and document test scenarios, test matrices, and execute system integration testingExecute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Acceptance Testing (PAT)
after system implementationActively participate in the post implementation support and review phaseAssist in updating system tables files accurately when changes are requested including product configuration and admin setupAssist in communicating to management, team leaders and trainers on any new or changed functionality of a systemProvide technical support for clients via phone and e-mail to accurately record a detailed description of known issue, and work with cross functional teams to address in a timely mannerPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
