Coordinate complex specialized activities and operations to help the unit achieve objectives and provide quality service to members, clients and partners Assist with HR management, including vacation and leave, training, coaching, quality control and sales tracking Help plan and assign work based on identified priorities Update work schedules and anticipate temporary staffing needs to maintain service levels Serve as a resource person for unit employees and provide support regarding processes, tools, authorizations and complex cases Monitor delivery deadlines and make adjustments to improve productivity and service quality Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with organizational practices Help carry out the unit's operations and activities Help solve problems, prepare recommendations,
