In this position at the Health Sciences Centre, you’ll join the GD2 Orthopedic Surgery team to deliver outstanding patient care. Your background in orthopedic trauma nursing and knowledge of healthcare protocols will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care for patients in orthopedic trauma and spine
• Monitor patient vital signs and recovery
• Educate patients and families before and after surgical procedures




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Maintain compliance with standards for health and safety
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of acute surgical or orthopedic nursing experience
• Graduation from an approved Registered Nursing education program
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• CPR certifications as per organizational policy
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
