We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Investment Fund Coordinator to join our team through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) Workforce Development Program. This position offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in business lending, finance, economic development, and client services while working alongside experienced professionals.



Position Summary The Investment Fund Coordinator provides administrative and financial support to North Claybelt's Investment Fund operations. Working closely with the Business Advisor, Finance Department, and Executive Director, the successful candidate will assist with loan administration, portfolio maintenance, financial reporting, client services, and investment fund operations and marketing while developing valuable skills in commercial lending and financial administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with client intake by responding to inquiries and collecting required documentation. Maintain accurate digital and physical client files while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and PIPEDA requirements. Support the administration and maintenance of North Claybelt's investment fund portfolio.
