Shape the future of land use in Yukon as a Land and Resource Planner. Utilize your planning experience to analyze land use issues and inform senior leadership effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate land use planning and zoning across Yukon
Facilitate consultations with First Nations and communities
Research and analyze planning policies and resource issues
Prepare and present detailed reports to management
Support the regulatory framework for orderly land developmentRequirements:
Degree in environmental science, geography, or a related area
Experience with land planning projects of significant scope
Proven ability to lead public consultations effectively
Knowledge of planning laws in Canada is beneficial
