Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM functional solutions.
Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Production Planning
Production Orders
Work Centers
Routings
BOMs
Production Versions
Capacity Planning
Demand Management
Shop Floor Execution
Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
Quality Planning
Inspection Planning
Inspection Characteristics
Inspection Types
Inspection Lots
Results Recording
Usage Decision
Quality Certificates
Defect/Non-Conformance Management
Support integration between PP, QM, MM, SD and other SAP modules.
Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live activities.




Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Support business users and provide functional guidance and training.
Ensure SAP solutions align with manufacturing and quality business processes.

Required Technical Skills
7+ years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and QM.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation.
Solid hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and implementation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Should have experience on mining industry
