Contribute to The City of Calgary's infrastructure growth as Lead, Infrastructure Services Project Management Practice. Focus on refining project processes and delivering successful outcomes for critical projects.In this role, you will champion the maturity and continuous development of project management practices throughout Infrastructure Services. Your leadership will guide teams in adhering to established methodologies and foster a culture of improvement, positioning Calgary’s infrastructure projects for success. Solid communication and organizational prowess are essential for managing diverse stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Establish and govern project management practices department-wide
Guide the implementation of project governance and standards
Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement
Oversee infrastructure project delivery to drive success
Develop and report on project management metrics and plansRequirements:
Civil Engineering degree or similar with at least 10 years of experience
Registration as Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) on day one
Relevant Project Management certification advantageous
Experience with complex municipal projects preferred
Solid analytical, strategic, and organizational skillsElevate infrastructure project management and ensure impactful project delivery at The City of Calgary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
