Join Our Team Northern Mat & Bridge is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, maintaining project and customer information, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and customers, you'll help drive business growth by managing critical administrative processes, tracking opportunities, supporting forecasting activities, and ensuring projects move seamlessly from chance to completion. we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Maintain project records, job registries, and master data within company systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Prepare estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation for customer requests and sales opportunities. Monitor bidding platforms and identify potential business opportunities. Coordinate and administer change orders and project‑related documentation. Assist with the planning and coordination of trade shows, industry events, travel, and registrations. Support onboarding, training, and administrative needs for the sales team. Participate in special projects and other related initiatives as required. Reporting & Forecasting Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Track estimates, bids, tenders, and sales opportunities to support timely follow-up and visibility. Support forecasting and business planning through reporting and data analysis. Conduct market research and monitor customer, competitor, and industry trends. Compile and summarize sales data and weekly business updates for leadership reporting. Customer
