Department: Front of HouseWage: $22-26 per hour + tipsHours: Expected 36-44 per week, including evenings & weekendsDate: September, 2024 Position Overview Reporting to the Founders, Uncommon Cider is looking for a Retail Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our taproom, farmers markets, and events operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a passion for craft cider and hospitality, solid leadership skills, and the ability to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for patrons. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. Using product expertise, sell and recommend additional suitable products to customers, including cider off sales and merchandise. Serve cider and small food offerings to customers. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the taproom and farmers markets. Maintain a clean, neat and organized environment. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Record
