In this role, you'll report to the Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist and be instrumental in internal communications. Your work will involve drafting internal messages, collaborating on HR initiatives, and managing the intranet content for our teams. You will help foster a comprehensive employee experience through clear and engaging communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and publish internal communications such as emails
• Assist with content creation on intranet platforms
• Coordinate engagement events and communication strategies




• Maintain the communication and engagement calendar
• Identify enhancements for internal communication processes
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Communications or HR program is required
• Experience in digital content creation is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, Canva, and SharePoint
• Ability to work on multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs
