HUB International is seeking a Client Care Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our valued insurance clients. This position, emphasizing habitational, travel, and auto insurance, offers a flexible hybrid work environment.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our Renewal Team, proactively reaching out to clients for policy reviews. You'll utilize your insurance knowledge to provide tailored advice and solutions while building lasting client relationships. Your expertise will directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct policy review discussions with clients before renewals
• Foster relationships through personalized client service
• Recognize and propose additional coverage options




• Achieve client retention targets through follow-up
• Keep current on Personal Lines insurance products

Requirements:
• At least 1 year in Personal Insurance
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting
• Keen attention to detail and urgency
