As a key player in our engineering department, you will tackle escalated production problems and ensure the stability of our systems, including cloud services and data pipelines. With over 7 years of experience needed, you’ll utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code, and support our Canadian customers with stringent data residency needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Debug complex production issues across application and infrastructure layers
• Lead root cause analyses and implement permanent fixes
• Plan infrastructure upgrades and execute platform changes




• Improve monitoring and instrumentations in Datadog and Grafana
• Participate in on-call rotation for major incidents

Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• 7+ years’ experience in site reliability or production engineering
• Solid Terraform and Kubernetes skills
• Experience with Azure and AWS platforms
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations
