Reporting to the Third Party Residential Underwriting Manager, you will support underwriting processes by ensuring accuracy in mortgage applications. Building strong connections with mortgage brokers and external partners is vital to fostering loyalty. Your organizational skills will help maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review documentation for income, down payment, and property
• Build relationships with mortgage brokers and insurers
• Verify completeness of required documentation




• Escalate issues to the Underwriter as needed
• Maintain thorough notes in the underwriting system

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
• Previous experience in Financial Services or Mortgage industry
• Robust analytical and conflict-resolution skills
• Time management skills in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of PC software and Microsoft tools
