You’ll assess, engage, and provide resources to individuals struggling with addictions and mental health issues. This role involves maintaining flexible shifts and providing essential follow-up and advocacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer accurate, empathetic responses to crisis calls
• Assess client needs and risks collaboratively
• Provide information about mental health resources




• Maintain connections with local support services
• Advocate for necessary client services and resources

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field such as social work
• Recent satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Three years of relevant experience in crisis intervention preferred
• Knowledge of community resources in Thames Valley
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
