Lead aquatic programs as an Aquatic Supervisor with Splash N’ Learn. This role focuses on swim education, instructor guidance, and ensuring safety in a nurturing environment.

Splash N’ Learn seeks a confident leader to supervise swimming lessons and support instructors effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring program quality, managing class assignments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety. With strong communication skills, you’ll connect with families and maintain clear channels of feedback to enhance participant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise swimming lessons, ensuring quality and consistency
• Review lesson plans and swimmer progress evaluations regularly
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct drills, and maintain logs




• Deliver high standards of customer service to families
• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and water quality

Requirements:
• Previous experience in swim instruction
• Current LSS Swim or Red Cross certifications
• Standard First Aid certification required
• National Lifeguard or Assistant Lifeguard award
• Acceptable police check for vulnerable sector
