Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals
• Design base salary and variable incentive programs
• Prepare updates for Human Resources Committees and Board meetings
• Manage detailed year-end compensation analytics
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor compensation practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years’ experience in Compensation or Finance
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven project management capabilities
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
